The Overlooked Tracks podcast is back on the road and this time we are exploring the land where the beat, rhythm and style of music began, The continent of Africa. I need to get this out of the way now and apologize for the long absence because there were so many tracks to choose resulting in one the hardest podcast episode we’ve done at this point. It was overwhelming on choosing songs for the podcast because there’s tons of music that’s connected with each country in Africa and it kicked my ass a bit on choosing them.

It is summer time, or in several parts of the world, summer is coming to an end, but other parts of the globe summertime is about to begin. Either way - it's hot, people can’t go anywhere because of the coronavirus and about that one, like I always say: WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER, so if we want to enjoy things that life has to offer, each of us need to do our fair share to REALLY bypass this crazy mess we are in. Yep, this experience we are experiencing is crazy as hell, but just like the last episode while we are taking deep breaths and washing our worries away at the Chill Laundry Lounge, let’s take a listen to some summertime jazz music with 5 specially picked music artists to hopefully calm this storm called a world pandemic.

What’s up everyone and welcome to the Chill Laundry Lounge where you can wash your worries away and listen to some chill music and just simply lounge. Decided to do the podcast in the neighborhood Laundry Mat and get some clothes washed and again to wash my worries away so I can chill, focus on my mental state or meet new people or old friends. The Chill laundry Lounge can be a good place to listen to the machines wash clothes and in a way a form of meditation. This time, we invite you to listen to the sounds of you and me and we and us.

Now that the Overlooked Tracks podcast is taking a break from traveling and give the magical musical bus a good tune-up, it’s time to give a music genre some exposure and try to move away from a label that country music has possessed for a long time and try to simply move away from that not so good label and reputation of the past. When exploring this genre and connected with some music artists on social media, it is for sure that country music has got a bad rap. Opening up the mind up a bit and taking steps to learn about country music can help you learn one thing:
THERE SOME DAMN GOOD MUSIC OUT THERE!!
It took a bit, but now we will present to you 5 music artists that are seriously worth a listen and for you, the listener to support these and many more country music artists as much as possible. No, I won’t get on a horse and ride into the sunset – I’m sitting on my big butt for this episode and give you gems, courtesy of the Overlooked Tracks podcast.

It is time to get back on the magical music and explores more jewels in music with part 2 of the Asian Excursion – also called Episode #21 of the Overlooked Tracks podcast. My name is Kenny Chiba and I had to reorganize the arrangement of this podcast because to tell it truthfully, it was overwhelming to get all types of music from the Asian Continent between episodes 20 and 21.
I had to pump the brakes and come to realize that I will continue to do my best to provide you the very best at music that’s being overlooked, but I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP on finding musical gems, so go to www.overlookedtracks.com/contact to give feedback and suggestions on music, go to Twitter and looked “OVERLOOKEDTRAX” to Direct Message me and guide me to a direction where great music is being buried and needs to be dug up and give life to the rest of us.
Music is the source of expression, the source of both mental and physical power and most of all to sooth the soul of the beauty and the beast. In other words, Music should be simply shared throughout our lives to live the best lives we can.

Yes, it has been difficult to pick, which is what makes the trip even more pleasurable to take – to seek, explore and discover sounds from the Music Universe, which indeed is a very BIG place and again simply to live the best life with music as much as possible with the many MANY SOUNDS, RHYTHMS AND BEATS.
