The Overlooked Tracks Podcast
🌍 A Global Frequency for the Unheard
The Overlooked Tracks Podcast is more than a playlist—it’s a passport stamped in sound. Each episode is a journey on the “Magical Music Bus,” traveling from Lagos to Tokyo, Santiago to Barcelona, unearthing independent music gems hidden in the underground corners of the world.
We stand for the voices that refuse to be boxed in by algorithms or industry gatekeepers. From bedroom producers and rebel poets to visionary DJs and genre-bending bands, Overlooked Tracks amplifies the artistry that might otherwise get lost in the noise.

A place and podcast that thrives on songs in need to be re-experienced and put on heavy rotation – Giving justice to musical gems, playing great songs tells great stories.
On a worldwide scale, this podcast is a cultural bridge:
-
A stage for independent artists to shine beyond borders.
-
A movement for listeners seeking more than just the mainstream cycle.
-
A celebration of diversity, where genres, languages, and local traditions remix into a shared global rhythm.
Our mission is simple: to prove that the underground doesn’t just exist—it thrives, it innovates, and it connects. Every beat is a story. Every track is a community. And every episode is a reminder that the future of music is already here, waiting to be heard.

During this break from traveling through the music universe, I discovered two artists a while ago and come to realize I overlooked these two artists and promised myself I will do whatever I can and play these songs to help contribute on the music art they create. Like I stated on the last episode, so many artists to choose from and you can get easily confused on who to listen to. Not trying to play the GOOGLE ROLE, but Overlooked Tracks will do all we can to promote music artists making fine-tuned songs and sharing them to the globe.

For this chapter of the Overlooked Tracks podcast, we packed the gear, strapped up the boots and headed to North America and when you’re talking about music, it’s the name of the game in this part of the globe. Tons and tons of great songs to choose from and with an equal amount of artists in North America, oh my goodness it’s been a task to capture genuine rhythms for this episode.

On this episode of the Overlooked Tracks, we captured tracks from premiere artists from the country of Japan. The Land of the Rising Sun produced many of the world’s organic songs, music artists, and producers. Plus they will be hosting the next Olympic Games, which I’m sure the country will give the globe a true flavor of their culture!!
